Terra Pelican Test

Create a self-contained HTML file with a 2D SVG animation of a California brown pelican in full breeding plumage riding a bicycle.

Requirements:

• The pelican must be clearly recognizable: large throat pouch, long orange beak, detailed feathers, webbed feet, and proper proportions.
• It should be actively pedaling (legs moving with the pedals) while holding the handlebars with its wings.
• The bicycle must have a correctly shaped diamond frame, two equal-sized wheels with visible spokes, a seat, pedals, chain, and handlebars.
• Smooth, looping animation of the wheels spinning and the pedaling motion.
• Simple background (sky, ground, optional road or coastal elements).
• Everything in one self-contained HTML file (inline SVG + CSS/JS animation, no external assets).
